Welcome to St. Guthlac's Church.

A warm welcome to St Guthlac's Church and to our website! You may be a regular visitor or have arrived here out of curiosity, searching for something specific, or simply by accident... but everyone is very welcome. 

St Guthlac's is a church that aims first and foremost to welcome everyone - just as we believe Jesus welcomed all-comers and turned no one away. His message, in both words and actions, was that God's invitation to the fullness of life is for all of us - there is nothing we can do to earn God's love, but equally, nothing we can do to forfeit God's love... He is there for all of us, all of the time. 

That's not to say that we can't grow to be better, more loving and compassionate people - we regularly meet together as followers of Jesus just so that we can worship God, learn together and support each other as we grow and change. So I hope the website gives you the information you need, but please come and join us on a Sunday morning or at any of our other events and activities - you're always very welcome!
