  1. The Church Log Book
  2. Copy of the previous Quinquennial Inspection
  3. Schedule of all works / installations / repairs (including insurance claims) undertaken since the last Quinquennial Inspection - Contained in 1. The Church Log Book
  4. Copy of Electrical Installation Test Report (5 yearly test)
  5. Copy of Quinquennial Tree Report, noting any TPO’s - Not aware we have one of these
  6. Lightning Conductor Test Report (2 yearly test)
  7. Portable Appliance Test Report (annual electrical test)
  8. Asbestos Inspection Report
  9. Access and Disability Audit Report (if applicable) - Not aware we have one of these
  10. Fire Risk Assessment - Do we have a more current version?   We’ve have only been able to find the 2017/18 version?
  11. Health & Safety Risk Assessment
  12. Gas Safety / Boiler Service Report
  13. Fire Appliances (extinguishers) Test Report
  14. Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Test Report - we do not have a Fire Alarm. The Emergency Lighting Test Report is covered in 11. Health & Safety Risk Assessment
  15. Security Alarm Test Report (if applicable) - we do not have a Security Alarm
  16. Any recommendations from insurers regarding security and crime prevention officers. - We have never received any recommendations from insurers
